Senator Takubo moved to amend the amendment on page six, section seven hundred nineteen, lines forty two and forty three, by striking out the words “Commissioner of Corrections and Rehabilitation” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Supreme Court of Appeals”;

And,

On page sixteen, section five, line ninety-seven, after the word “state” by striking out the word “juvenile”.
